The BAERI Classic
The Acipenser baeri sturgeon is native to Siberia. The grains of baeri caviar are smaller and darker than those of other caviars offered.
In general, its taste is frank, carried by a dominant fruity flavor. On the palate, the frank attack opens the taste buds with a fruity dominance, then we appreciate its beautiful mineral notes, on a very discreet iodized structure.
